Needed to Write a Program Review
The
Action Plan Summary Form
This document is part of Section 7 of the Program Review Report. This section
is where program faculty will describe those plans and activities that they
wish to accomplish in the next several years. Each activity will need to be
summarized in this form.
Directions
for downloading the Action Plan Form:
Do NOT click on the form link and try to open the form from the browser.
Right click (or Ctrl Click on a Mac) on the link above and select "Save
Target As ..." to save a copy of the Word document file to your computer.
After downloading edit normally in Word.
