What
We Offer
The
lab area provides both
PC and Macintosh computers for general use. This area is designed
to provide easy access to computers for faculty and staff who need a particular
type of software or hardware to which they might not otherwise have access.
Help and tutoring is readily available. There are also scanners, CD-ROM burners,
and color and black and white printers.
The
classroom area hosts a variety of pedagogical and technological workshops each
quarter. An average of 30 - 40 workshops are offered each quarter on
a variety of subjects. The classroom has both PCs and Macs for use during workshops.
The
conference room provides a place for meetings, pedagogical workshops, and general
discussions on a wide range of subjects. Part-time
instructors can also use the conference room as a work space to grade papers,
prepare lecture notes, or create course materials.
- Focus
on issues of pedagogy and technology as they relate to the changing dynamic
of professional development
- Provide
professional development training and resources for all faculty and staff
in order to promote excellence and innovation in the classroom and on campus

an environment wherein the campus community explores the frontiers of their
profession and experiments with new techniques and concepts.
