North Seattle Community College

Early Childhood Education Summer 2008 and Fall 2008

Future Course Offerings

Early Childhood Education classes are open to anyone. You don't have to be admitted to the ECE program. We are available to talk to you either by phone or email or directly, if you want help to select the courses that are best for you. (except in summer)

We promise transformation. Each and every course changes people's lives and makes a tangible difference to the children you are working with.

It is easy to call the Early Childhood Program in the Health and Human Services Division at (206) 529-6029 for information. You can also call Tom Drummond (206) 528-4626.

If you are a new student, you must apply to the college first (admission link). Once you have completed that initial application on a computer, you are given a Student Identification (SID) number. Then you can register for courses you want to take.

No prerequisites! We want everyone who works with children to study how to do it "better". "Better" means more in touch with your true self and heart, not someone else's way.

Only two classes require an ENTRY CODE: CCE 160 Connecting to Children and CCE 292 Classroom Research. You can call Tom Drummond (206) 528-4626 those Entry Codes. Alternatively you can e-mail Tom Drummond at tdrummon@sccd.ctc.edu or come to the college in person (Instruction Building Room 2304A).

An explanation of the strange abbreviations used in this course information is at the bottom of the page.
